Cedric Unholz


Cedric Unholz – Strength and Conditioning Specialist



Cedric is a 25 year old Strength & Conditioning coach and Manual Therapist based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and has played Rugby at both international (Switzerland) and elite club level (Scotland).

He currently works as an S&C coach with the Scottish Rugby Union National Age Group Program and as the assistant S&C coach for the University of Edinburgh’s swimming performance squad. Prior to this he was the Head S&C coach for the Excellence in School Sports Program (a school sports development collaboration between the Scottish Institute of Sport and the West Lothian Council).

Cedric holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Sports Science from The University of Edinburgh, and a Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning from Edith Cowan University (Perth, Australia) which he completed in May 2009 and December 2010 respectively.

In addition, he is a certified Manual Therapist and Structural Integrator through Thomas Myers’ (authour of “Anatomy Trains”) KMI System, and holds a Level 2 UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) certificate with a view to complete the full accreditation in 2011.
