I want to try and increase the intensity level in a U-14/U-15 Hurling team. Sometimes when we play it looks like we are going through the motions. I need some ideas on how to increase the speed at which we play and to put a bit of bite into our play. All suggestions taken on board.
Is it a tactical issue? If not, do they have the physical capacity to play the way you are asking them to? What type of fitness training you doing with them?
