how to increase aggression?

    Hi
i am a coaching officer of club of nice footballers!! The skill level of our players from u-8 to senior is as good and in most cases better that other clubs. we as a club and i included have worked hard over the last 10 year to get our club up from the lower division to the top level. we are playing division 1 at u-12, u-14 & u-16 with minors in division 2
But something is missing from our players have they have no aggression!!! and are being bullied on the field, they will kick points all day if they get room but they shy away from the physical stuff. wing mirror.
    what can i do!!!!

Introduce contact to drills - using either tackle bags or opposed drills.
reduce the size of the training area so players have to come into contact more.
use drills that encourage contact - eg going through tackle bags after receiving ball, to get to the ball, before taking a shot etc

Use opposed drills/mini games from under-10 up to develop the skills where there is opposition to all skills practice (like in a game)

controlled aggression is all about desire to win, being first to a ball, refusing to be bullied, sticking up for each other on the field
